We are currently seeking an Off-Track Events Manager to join us in our Indy facility. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of premium hosting experiences and off-track events that support commercial partnership growth, partner retention and business development opportunities across Cadillac Formula 1® Team. You will play a critical role in delivering a year-round hosting strategy, curating exceptional experiences for current partners and prospective clients while ensuring flawless operational execution across all events and race market activities.

  • Lead the logistics, curation and delivery of race week programs for current partners and prospects
  • Manage end-to-end hosting experiences including accommodations, transportation logistics, dining reservations, gifting and guest communications
  • Create and manage detailed guest itineraries and ensure a seamless hospitality experience throughout all events
  • Track event budgets, maintain accurate reporting and support cost management processes
  • Coordinate cross-company hosting opportunities including major sporting and entertainment events such as Final Four, Colts, Pacers and Fever games
  • Support the planning and execution of additional off-track events and commercial hospitality activations
  • Manage prospecting trips and partner hosting programs that support revenue generation and commercial growth
  • Coordinate cultural and high-profile event hosting opportunities including Wimbledon, the Super Bowl and the Indy 500
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, venues and external partners
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and elevate hospitality standards across all events
  • Ensure all hosting activities reflect the Cadillac Formula 1® Team brand and values

Driven by high performanceWhat do you need to bring to the team?

  • Proven experience in event management, hospitality, partner engagement or commercial hosting environments
  • Strong experience coordinating high-profile events and VIP guest experiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting and event logistics
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners
  • Flexibility to travel and support events outside standard business hours when required
  • Passion for delivering world-class experiences and driving commercial success
