  • Assist with bonding, drilling, countersinking, and finishing of carbon fibre parts in line with engineering specifications.
  • Work to detailed CAD drawings, build manuals, and technical instructions to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
  • Fit and align aero surfaces and body panels to meet aerodynamic and dimensional requirements.
  • Carry out basic inspection and quality checks, identifying defects such as delamination, surface damage, or misalignment.
  • Ensure all work complies with team quality standards, technical regulations, and build sign-off processes.
  • Safely operate specialist tools and equipment used in composite trimming and assembly.
  • Support turnaround repairs and rework, including damage assessment and minor composite repairs.
  • Accurately complete build records, job cards, and traceability documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with Technicians and other departments to meet car build deadlines and performance targets.
  • Actively contribute to a high-performance, detail-driven team culture.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a composite assembly environment
  • Experience in motorsport, aerospace, or high-end automotive manufacturing
  • Understanding of tight tolerance assembly and fast-paced build environments
