We’re building a data-driven commercial organization that blends business intelligence, strategicpartnerships, and fan engagement into one cohesive growth engine.

To help drive that vision, we’re looking for a Business Intelligence & Sponsorship Strategy Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy team in Fishers, Indiana. This role will support sponsorship valuation, performance reporting, and strategic insight generation that fuels our commercial and partnership success.

As the Business Intelligence & Sponsorship Strategy Analyst you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to guide decision-making across sponsorship, marketing, and commercial operations.
You will help measure the performance of The Cadillac Formula 1® Team’s global partnerships, identify opportunities for revenue growth, and create insights that connect the team’s on-track performance to its business success.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track sponsorship ROI, brand visibility, and fan engagement
  • Analyze data from media valuation, CRM, ticketing, and social platforms to uncover actionable insights
  • Deliver post-event and seasonal reports summarizing partnership exposure, reach, and KPI performance
  • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and new sponsorship opportunities
  • Support partner acquisition and renewals with data-driven valuations and ROI modeling
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure data accuracy, automation, and effective visualization for leadership reporting

What do you need to bring to the team?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. With professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or sponsorship analytics (sports, agency, or consulting background preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling (pivot tables, lookups, macros)
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python for data analysis preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, sponsorship valuation, or digital performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data integration tools (Snowflake, Alteryx, or similar) a plus
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills — ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
