We have an opportunity for a Graduate Race Strategy Analyst to join Cadillac Formula One Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be responsible for assisting development of strategy tools, processes, and analysis methods as well as assisting in race strategy execution and event reporting. At Cadillac Formula One Team, we aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team.   • Assist in race strategy preparation and execution
  • Support pre-event, post-session, and post-event reporting on car and team performance
  • Assist in the development of race strategy tools, systems, and supporting infrastructure
  • Assist in the development of race strategy operational processes and methodologies
  • Work closely with the wider Performance and Race Engineering groups to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analysis
  • Produce clear reports and visualisations to communicate insights, trends, and performance findings

What do we need from you?

  • Master’s degree or equivalent with a strong understanding of math's and statistics
  • Experience performing data analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization, using Python, R, or equivalent.
  • Experience with full-stack software development
  • Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with minimal errors. 
  • The ability to think outside of the box, coming up with creative solutions to problems.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
