More about the opportunity

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Parts Coordinator to join the Cadillac F1 team, playing a key role in the efficient movement, storage and control of parts throughout the operation. From goods-in and stock management to picking, packing and dispatching components for events and customers, you’ll help ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, reliability and the ability to work under pressure are essential, particularly during the intensity of race season.

Support goods-in and goods-out processes

Carry out stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy

Organize and store parts safely and efficiently

Assist with occasional van runs for local collections and deliveries

Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external use

Prepare shipments for events and customer deliveries

Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete

REQUIREMENTS

What do we need from you?

Experience in stores, warehouses, or logistics roles
Good attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Forklift license and manual handling experience preferred
Full UK driving licence required
Willing to work flexible hours during race season
