More about the opportunity
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Parts Coordinator to join the Cadillac F1® team, playing a key role in the efficient movement, storage and control of parts throughout the operation. From goods-in and stock management to picking, packing and dispatching components for events and customers, you’ll help ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. This is a fast-paced role where accuracy, reliability and the ability to work under pressure are essential, particularly during the intensity of race season.
- Support goods-in and goods-out processes
- Carry out stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Organize and store parts safely and efficiently
- Assist with occasional van runs for local collections and deliveries
- Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external use
- Prepare shipments for events and customer deliveries
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is accurate and complete
REQUIREMENTS
What do we need from you?
- Experience in stores, warehouses, or logistics roles
- Good attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Forklift license and manual handling experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence required
- Willing to work flexible hours during race season
