Please Note: This is a Night Shift position working 4 days x 10 hours rotated between Monday – Thursday and Tuesday – Friday from 6pm – 4:30am.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Operator to join Cadillac Formula 1 Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing stock movements, and ensuring that materials are available to support the team's operational needs. This role will also require you to drive a van as part of daily operations. At Cadillac Formula 1 Team, we aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team.   • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components
  • Process stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist in the preparation and dispatch of materials as required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a tidy and organized storage area
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to fulfil material requests
  • Participate in regular stock audits and reconciliations
  • Utilize ERP systems for tracking inventory and orders
  • Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management promptly
  • Delivery and collection of parts by vehicle to internal and external destinations

What do we need from you?

  • A full, clean UK driving license is required for this role
  • Must be comfortable driving a van
  • Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with ERP systems
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations associated with warehouse operations
  • Flexible and proactive attitude towards work
  • Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture
